When should I contact you instead of the airline?
If you booked through Diaspora AI, always talk to us first. We can see your booking history and payment status. If you booked elsewhere, we likely cannot modify that booking.
What details should I include so you can help faster?
Include your full name, Booking Reference (PNR), and the dates/route of the trip. This allows us to pull up the record immediately.
Do you handle visa applications?
Our AI can advise on requirements and check if you need a visa, but we do not currently process the application itself. We'll direct you to the official government portal.
